She has a deep respect for quality ingredients produced in a clean, fair way. Stephanie’s love for fresh food is rooted in her family farming background. Raised on a working farm, Stephanie spent much of her life working with plants and animals and it was here that she grew to cherish real food. Stephanie spent a year in Europe working as a personal nanny and there discovered the joy of cooking. This prompted her to attend culinary school, and opened her eyes to the vast culinary world. Stephanie is eager to continue learning from inspiring chefs in all countries with various cooking styles and views.
